Bring all your ideas to Sasen Homes.

We love hearing from you and your vision. Gather your vision boards, Pinterest saves, colour ideas, magazine cuttings, everything. You then work with our designers, with more than 50 combined years of designing, building and renovating experience, to put your dream on paper.

The goal is to work through all the ideas, the ones you love, the ones you thought you loved and the ones you hadn’t considered, to arrive at the design that works best for you. Then we drill into the costing so it fits the budget.

Your professionals, acting as your agents.

Architectural and engineering specifications, municipal documentation and permit requirements can be overwhelming, and they change per municipality. We have kept up with the bylaws for every type of permit and every neighbourhood we work in.

We handle every detail with the city, engage the submission process professionally and vigorously, and get the permits required as quickly as possible.

Red Seal craft, weekly updates, one point of contact.

Our skilled Red Seal journeymen, project managers and ITA indentured apprentices come together with longstanding trade partners to execute a superior level of craft on every project. Rigorous quality control, daily communication and formal weekly progress updates, accountable timelines, and professional, clear invoicing.

From the date of commencement to the day you move in, the experience is set up and managed for success.
